FSQA Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FSQA.app mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS for iPads and iPhones. We use Firebase, a suite of cloud services provided by Google, to support the App’s functionality. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our App, as well as your choices and rights regarding your data.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We collect the following types of information to provide and enhance the App:

• Personal Data:
  • Company Name: Used to identify you and personalize your experience.
  • Email Address: For communication, account verification, and login.
  • Username: For login and identification within the App.
• Usage Data:

  • Device Information (e.g., model, OS version, unique device identifiers)

• Firebase-Specific Data:

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Account Creation and Authentication: To set up and secure your account using your company name, email, and username.
• App Functionality: To deliver, maintain, and improve the App’s features and performance.
• Notifications: To send you updates, alerts, and push notifications (if enabled).
• Customer Support: To assist with inquiries and technical issues.
• Analytics and Improvements: To analyze how the App is used and enhance its functionality and user experience.

We may share your information in these situations:

• With Firebase (Google): For app functionality, analytics, performance monitoring, and push notifications. Firebase may share data with other Google services or third parties for analytics and advertising purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, investigate wrongdoing, or ensure the safety of users or the public.

Note: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We prioritize your data’s security and use industry-standard measures, including:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Authentication: Secure login mechanisms protect your account.
• Access Controls: Only authorized personnel can access your data.

However, no online transmission or storage method is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have control over your data and can:

• Update Account Information: Edit your company name, email, or username in the App’s settings.
• Opt-Out of Push Notifications: Disable notifications in your device settings.
• Request Data Deletion: Email us at [support@fsqa.app] to delete your account and data (subject to legal requirements).
• Access and Portability: Request a copy of your data or ask to transfer it to another service (where applicable).

If you’re in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, such as restricting processing or objecting to certain data uses.

We keep your personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain data longer to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

The App is not designed for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians should contact us if they believe their child has shared information with us.

The App may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before sharing personal information.

The App may use technologies like device identifiers to support analytics, personalization, and performance monitoring. These help us understand usage patterns and improve the App.

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country, such as in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data during these transfers.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We’ll notify you of significant updates via email or in-app notifications at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
